Yoga That Meets You Where You Are

Discover mindful movement and moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself and find balance in everyday life.

A little about me

Welcome to Papillon Soul Yoga. I’m Stacey, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I offer a safe and supportive space where students are gently encouraged to slow down, turn inward and simply be, with curiosity, kindness and without judgement.

At Papillon Soul Yoga, I honour the tradition of Hatha Yoga as a practice that invites us to turn inward. Through mindful movement, steady breath and moments of stillness, we create space to notice, explore and simply be with our experience.

An invitation to turn inward

In the busyness and stresses of everyday life, finding moments to pause can offer an opportunity to step out of the noise, reconnect with ourselves and find a little more balance in the here and now.

Yoga can be many things to different people. There is no right way to experience it, and no particular place you need to arrive at. You are welcome to meet the practice exactly as you are.
